o We might store your contact information in case we want to reach out to you at a later date to inform you of any updates that are relevant to your issue, for example if we update a game and the update resolves your issue.
o For users who have received a review key, we retain certain data under our contractual obligations and legitimate interests to manage post-delivery issues.
Where we get personal information from

How long we keep information
We may save your information for as long as needed, your e-mail for our newsletter will be saved until we discontinue the newsletter or if until you unsubscribe from it.
Any support issues you fill out will be given a support ticket number. 30 days after an issue has been resolved we will anonymize it and only store non-personal information together with a support ticket number but we will no longer know who sent in that ticket. This means that you can still reference back to a previous issue if you file a new issue without us saving your information longer than needed.
Information regarding review key signups (such as your e-mail address and where you publish content) will be kept as long as we plan on producing new Games, Demos or DLC, you may request to be removed from this list at any point and subsequently your data will be pruned. If we have sent you a Steam key, or any other forms of gaining access to one of our Games, Demos or DLCs in the past we will maintain your contact information and information regarding what you were sent and when to ensure we can address any future issues related to that grant of access. In cases where review keys are misused, such as resale or other forms of abuse, we reserve the right to retain and process relevant information under our legitimate interests. This measure is in place to prevent future abuse and protect our services. If you believe this has been applied in error, please contact us for review.

This data processor does the following activities for us: We collect your information such as e-mail addresses using SquareSpace forms and as such any information you provide is passed through them and stored in SquareSpace contact lists.
