A Warlock has unleashed chaos upon the World of Eld! Lead a band of heroes into his shifting labyrinth in this brutal turn-based dungeon crawler. Outsmart deadly foes, conquer traps, and adapt to ever-changing challenges. Will you emerge victorious or be lost to the maze forever?
When you enter the Maze you get to pick your faction. Currently there are three playable factions; Goldhammers, Thornreachers and Redtusks. Each has access to a roster of units that cater to different playstyles and preferences.
Your faction choice will impact how friendly (or hostile) the Maze dwellers you encounter will be, help shape your party, and even affect the rewards you earn.

The maze changes every run. Navigate through the twists and turns, build your party strength, and go deeper when you are ready for greater challenges.
Each room could contain an encounter, event, treasure, or unique challenges like snake pits or beast lairs. Choose the individual from your party most suitable to deal with each situation (or the most expendable, in case they fail).

Trade for better gear, bribe would-be enemies to switch sides or recruit wayward travelers in a tavern. In the Maze cash is king, but sometimes the word of a seasoned veteran can carry just as much weight as gold.

Manage Your Party
Each unit in Warlocks Maze has a unique combination of attributes, abilities, proficiencies, and natural skills.
Some are masters of magic, others excel with specific weapons, and some keep party morale high when the odds are stacked against them.
From the humble Songspinner who can convince a dwarven lord to stand shoulder to shoulder with a berserk orc, to the ferocious Lava Giant that cripples foes with devastating attacks, each have a part to play.
At first glance, combat in Warlocks Maze appears simple. Each unit has a magic, ranged and/or melee combat power based on their skills and gear. Simply try to outmatch your opponent’s combat power in each lane and you will be on a fast track to victory.
Unless…
They outflank you. In which case you will have to counter it, perhaps you find yourself forced to throw a wizard in to the front lines just to keep a fragile lane from collapsing. But wait, instead you could build a shield wall to reduce the risk and keep the center unit safe. Except, you were fighting a dragon, and it just burnt your backline to a crisp with dragon fire!
Every combat will present you with opportunities and difficult tactical choices, if you’re careless you might snatch defeat from the yaws of victory, but with clever tactics and understanding you can overcome much stronger foes.
Our goal was to make combat approachable and interesting no matter how deeply you choose to engage. Whether you just scratch the surface or dive deep into the complexities there is something here for you.
